Help us grow Barrington Indivisible
Barrington Indivisible is hosting monthly Truth Brigade meetings to learn, practice and use proven communication strategies to disrupt the spread of disinformation and misinformation occurring in our personal lives. This approach encourages critical thinking, reduces reactive sharing, and fosters long-term resilience against propaganda.
Many of you have heard that the Indivisible National Truth Brigade Project is being reorganized and will no longer exist as a separate entity after this month. Barrington Indivisible has chosen to continue the important work of countering falsehoods without arguments. We will continue to target the onslaught of issues and misinformation in our personal conversations, however we look forward to also developing positive and truthful social media posts and letters targeting the disinformation sure to occur in local, state and national races as the political season heats up.
Watch this Orientation to Truth Brigade Video (developed by Truth Brigade National) for more information.
